This week your child’s class will be creating their Adventures in Art sculpture. Please have your child bring an object that can be incorporated into the sculpture to school on March 5th. It could be a broken toy, plastic containers, small pieces of wood, a happy meal toy, nuts/bolts, gears, or anything that they think could be used to create a work of art.
Please do not send stuffed animals or items of special value since the students will not be getting the pieces back. We do have a box of miscellaneous things for students who don’t have something on the day of the program.
Please talk with your child and help them find something to incorporate into the class sculpture. Once the sculptures are finished, they will be on display in the glass cabinet in the lobby.
This is going to be so fun!
